Q: Is there financing available?

Q: Are there coach restrictions?
A: Yes. All RV's must be Class A only with a minimum length of 36'. There is no age restriction on the coach but a coach must be on the lot whenever present.
Q: Are the lots available for lease?
A: Yes however leases for a minimum of 6 months. (Buddy Pads are available on a short term basis for visitors you may have with a coach)
Q: How much are the Association Dues?
A: The monthly dues are $565.00 per month.
Q: Do the Seller's at Desert Shores Resort ever accept trades?
A: Occasionally. It depends on the Seller, but usually, if the property to be traded is less than $100,000, we do have some Seller's who are open to the idea.
Q: We have friends with a coach, is there somewhere on site they can stay for a few days?
A: Yes. Desert Shores Resort offers 4 "Buddy Pads" intended for short stay by guests of the owners. A nominal fee is billed to the sponsoring owner.
